Refund and Return

Cancellation Requests:

  • To cancel your order, please send an email with the subject “Cancellation Request” to support@dookanwale.com before the order is sent for shipping.
  • Please include the following details in the email:

    • Cancellation Reason:
  • Once we receive your formal order cancellation request, the refund amount will be credited back to the same account from which the payment was deducted within 7 to 10 days.
  • Please note that any bank transaction charges incurred will be applicable and borne by the customer.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
    • Order was cancelled.
    • Order was not delivered to the recipient (excluding cases of unfounded recipient).
    • If there is a complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered and it is found to be valid, the customer will receive a full refund or the product will be replaced.
  • The eligibility for a refund will be evaluated by our team based on service failure, and the decision of our management will be final.
  • The refund amount cannot exceed the amount paid by the customer. We are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the actual amount paid.
  • Refunds cannot be claimed for any discounted or exempted amounts.
  • Any extra amount credited to your Dookanwale.com account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.
  • The final authority in all matters concerning cancellations and refunds lies with Dookanwale.com.
  • Dookanwale.com reserves the right to amend its Cancellation and Refund Policy. Any substantial changes will be communicated via email or announced on the website.

Return Policy:

    • Due to the nature of digital goods, returns are generally not accepted.
    • Once the digital product has been delivered or accessed by the customer, it is deemed non-returnable.
    • If you encounter any issues with the digital product, please reach out to our customer support team at support@dookanwale.com for assistance.
    • We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and our team will work with you to resolve any issues or concerns you may have.
    • If there is a valid reason for a return, such as technical difficulties or failure to access the digital product, we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.
    • Refunds for digital goods will only be granted if it is determined that the product was not delivered as described or if the customer has been unable to access the product despite reasonable efforts.
    • Please note that any decision regarding refunds for digital goods will be at the discretion of Dookanwale.com and our management.
